3. STEAMING: Steaming nada matukar mahimmanci Sosai Shi ana yinshi ne bayan ansa conditioner akai. Zaki iya amfani da steamer ko kuma kiyi amfani da towel.
4. OILING: Ki ringa oiling gashin ki da oils like Coconut, Olive, Avocado oil zaki iya oiling gashin ki idan zaki kwanta da safe sai ki wanke da ruwa.
5. COMBING: ki ringa amfani da comb me manyan haqora & never comb wet hair saboda hkan zai iya jawo breakage.
6. STYLE : kar ki kitson da zai tighting kan ki. Sannan kir ki ringa bare kitso na dadewa baki tsefe ba atleast duk bayan sati 1 ko 2.
7. CIN ABUNCI MASU PROTEIN: Ki yawaita cin Abunci dake da protein aciki kamar irin su kwai.
8. CIN FRUIT DA GREEN VEGETABLE: ki ringa cin fruit da vegetables kullum kamar irin su avocado, guava, carrot spinach,broccoli etc.
9. SHAN RUWA: Yawan shan ruwa yna gyara gashi sosai kuma yana promoting hair growth, ana so asha 8 glasses daily.
10. YIN EXERCISE: Ana so mutum ya ringa yawan yin exercise kullum ko da walking na 30mins ne.
